Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Procedure
Abstracts must be submitted no later than June 20, 2026, via the dedicated online submission form available on the Conference website. Submissions must strictly comply with the instructions provided within the form, including the selection of the appropriate session corresponding to the proposed topic.
Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. Upon successful submission, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the corresponding author.
Authors are required to indicate their preferred presentation format (oral communication or poster) and to specify the presenting author at the time of submission.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of abstracts and their mode of presentation. Notification of acceptance will be communicated to the presenting author by July 20, 2026.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Plant Pathology.
Author Declaration
By submitting an abstract, authors confirm that:
- All submitted information is accurate and final; no modifications will be permitted after submission
- All co-authors have approved the content and consented to its publication
- The abstract may be published in Conference materials (e.g., website, program, and other dissemination channels)
The presenting author must be duly registered for the Conference and must have paid the applicable registration fee.
Abstract Format
- Maximum length: 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
- Scientific names must be written in italics
- References and citations are not permitted
- Funding information may be included but is optional
